Where we ship

Canada only. We currently ship across all Canadian provinces and territories. International shipping is not available at this time.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.

Delivery time

Delivery takes 7 to 9 business days for most Canadian addresses after dispatch. Remote regions may take an additional 2 to 3 business days.

All shipments include tracking. During peak periods (holiday season, sales events), allow an extra 2 to 3 business days for delivery.

Shipping cost

Free tracked shipping on every order within Canada. No order minimum, no hidden fees.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also view tracking from your order status page, or by logging into your customer account at lumavon.com.

If your tracking hasn't updated after 5 business days from shipment, email hello@lumavon.com and we'll investigate.

Address accuracy

We ship to the address you provide at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address corrections after dispatch are not possible.

Customs & delivery exceptions

Shipments are processed for delivery within Canada and do not require customs clearance. If your package is delayed, refused at delivery, or returned to sender for reasons outside our control, please contact hello@lumavon.com for resolution.
